Here you can also book accommodation and meals. After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by email, and within two days, payment instructions.

Available rooms are subject to availability.

Active participants – speaker

Please submit your application no later than July 31, 2025.

Fill in the title of the lecture, author, co-authors, workplace and include an abstract of the lecture in English. Confirmation of acceptance of your lecture will be sent to you by email by September 30, 2025. The lecture will be 8+2 minutes long, requested lectures 15+5. minutes.
 

Active participants – poster section

Submit your application no later than July 31, 2025

Fill in the title of the poster and the author, co-authors and workplace. Confirmation of acceptance of the poster will be sent to you by email by September 30, 2025. Only posters in electronic version will be accepted. The poster should be in the format of a single image or slide. The poster presentation will take 3 minutes + 2 minutes of discussion. The poster must be in English.

The registration fee includes:

  • entrance to the professional programme and exhibition of companies
  • refreshments during breaks
  • certificate of participation
  • entrance to the Welcome Cocktail in Carolina Hall 
     

Registration cancellation policy

Cancellation before August 31, 2025no cancellation fees, only CZK 150 / EUR 6 as a handling charge.
Cancellation before September 30, 202550 % of the registration fee.
Cancellation after October 1, 2025100 % of the registration fee.

Cancellation of your registration must be reported by email to marcela.dobiasova@mppromotion.cz. Acceptance of the cancellation will be confirmed to you by email. 

Payment

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by email with a variable symbol, and within 2 days also payment instructions. Please follow to the invoice due date.

Please make the payment to the account indicated on the invoice: 337912726/0300.

Transfers from abroad should be made to this account: 280273926/0300.

Any changes to your registration should be sent by email to marcela.dobiasova@mppromotion.cz

In the case of any change on the side of the participant, Medical&Pharma Promotion company reserves the right to charge a handling fee of CZK 150/ EUR 6

Online Registration Form

In the form, select all the services you require - congress registration, lunches, a ticket to the Social Evening, excursion tickets, accommodation reservation, football tournament registration and a Welcome Party.

After submitting the form, information in the form cannot be changed.

Cancellation policy can be found on the website. If you are unable to attend the congress, you can send your substitute to the congress. Please notify us of that fact by email.
