Accommodation is provided by the congress organizer Medical&Pharma Promotion, s.r.o. company directly at the congress venue in the Clarion Congress Hotel Ostrava at discounted congress prices.
Accommodation capacity is limited, so we recommend registering and booking your accommodation as soon as possible.

Important information about accommodation
- Parking
Accommodated guests can enjoy free parking in the hotel parking lot. - Payment for accommodation
Make the payment for the accommodation based on the invoice issued by the Medical & Pharma Promotion, s.r.o. company. If we do not receive the payment by your invoice due date, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
Other costs associated with the stay (e.g. minibar) must be paid by the participant at the hotel reception upon departure.

Accommodation cancellation terms:
All changes to your accommodation booking, or cancellations, must be sent by email to marcela.dobiasova@mppromotion.cz. Please do not contact the hotel directly and contact solely the congress secretariat, namely Mrs. Marcela Dobiášová who will arrange everything.
