Catering

Refreshments in the form of coffee breaks are provided during breaks between the blocks of presentations. Drinking water with mint and lemon, coffee and tea are provided throughout the congress.
 

Lunches

Lunches are not included in the registration fee. It must be ordered in the online registration form. We accept lunch orders until October 24, 2025, we cannot guarantee their order after this date.

The price includes 12% VAT.  The lunches will be served as a self-service ones consisting of a soup, a choice of 3 main courses including a vegetarian one, and drinking water.

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions (gluten-free diet, vegetarian) in the registration form.
 

Cancellation terms: lunches

Before September 30, 2025no cancellation fees, only 150 CZK/ 6 EUR as a handling charge.
From October 1, 2025100% cancellation fee

Cancellation must be reported to marcela.dobiasova@mppromotion.cz. Acceptance of the cancellation will be confirmed to you by email.
