ANNUAL CONGRESS OF THE CZECH NEUROSURGICAL SOCIETY

Dear ladies and gentlemen, 

on behalf of the Department of Neurosurgery of the University Hospital in Ostrava, allow me to cordially invite you to the Annual Congress of the Czech Neurosurgical Society of the Czech Medical Association of Jan Evangelista Purkyně, which will be held from November 5 to 7, 2025 at the Clarion Hotel in Ostrava.

This year, we have the honour of welcoming colleagues from the Polish Society of Neurosurgeons to the congress, which is a great honour for us and an opportunity to deepen international cooperation and exchange experiences.

The professional program will include the most common neurosurgical fields of specialisation and at the same time it will reflect current technological trends that have not missed our professions and have the potential to bring a new perspective on solving diagnostic and therapeutic problems in neurosurgery.

The congress will also include nurses´ and poster sections. 

I would like our meeting in Ostrava to be not only conducive to our professions, but also socially enjoyable. I believe that in addition to interesting presentations and stimulating discussions, a rich side events programme, including a networking evening and an informal football match, will certainly contribute to this.

Ostrava, known for its industrial heritage and rich cultural scene, offers many attractions and opportunities to explore. I trust you will enjoy the annual congress in our city.
